And then there are the days, you look at training.
What Coach must think every time you attempt fly.
When you know you've found your people.
Of course, the days you nail the threshold workouts.
Or you get a PR.
When your training volume increases.
But you really want to drop a few pounds.
So you start eating veggies.
We all have that one friend.
No matter how hard it is.
Because when you see your friends and family at the finish line.
You know all the hard work was worth it.
